Start Your Journey โThe Spices brings together the rich culinary traditions of India and Nepal. They're neighboring nations, each with its own deep food culture shaped by geography, religion, and centuries of tradition.
India is home to one of the world's most diverse food cultures, shaped by 29 states, many religions, and thousands of years of spice trade. Indian cooking is known for its masterful use of spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala, and the dishes range from rich, creamy curries to fiery street food. Our menu features the classics from North India that people love all over the world, like velvety Butter Chicken, aromatic Biryani, and pillowy Naan.
Nepal sits in the Himalayas, nestled between India and Tibet, and its food reflects that unique crossroads. Nepali cuisine is hearty, warming, and deeply satisfying, built around bold flavors, fermented ingredients, and mountain staples. Our Nepali specialties include Jhol Momo (dumplings in rich broth), Goat Taas (crispy pan-fried goat), and a range of chowmein dishes, all rooted in the authentic home cooking our team grew up with.
At The Spices, you choose your heat. Every dish can be made just the way you like it, so whether you love a mild, comforting warmth or crave a fiery kick, we've got you covered.
Warm, aromatic, and deeply flavorful with zero burn. Perfect for first-timers, kids, and anyone who loves rich flavor without the heat.
Great for beginnersA gentle tingle that builds slowly. You'll feel a pleasant warmth, but it won't overwhelm. Great for anyone who enjoys a little kick.
Mild heat loversBold and fiery, this is the real deal. A satisfying burn that spice lovers crave. Your lips will tingle and you'll want more.
For spice fansSeriously hot. This one is for the brave, with an intense heat that builds and lingers. You've been warned, and we respect the commitment.
Thrill seekers onlyPro tip: Feeling too hot? Dairy is your best friend. A sip of Mango Lassi or a bite of buttered Naan will cool you down far better than water, which actually spreads the heat around.
The golden spice. Earthy and slightly bitter, it's responsible for that beautiful yellow color in so many dishes. It's anti-inflammatory and deeply aromatic too.
Warm, nutty, and earthy. It's one of the most used spices and forms the backbone of countless curries and rice dishes.
Bright, citrusy, and slightly sweet. Used as seeds or ground into powder, it adds freshness and depth to sauces and marinades.
A warming spice blend of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper. It's the finishing touch on most North Indian dishes.
Floral, sweet and slightly minty. Used in both savory dishes and desserts. You'll taste it in our Masala Milk Tea.
This is what brings the heat. Indian cooking uses both dried red chilies and fresh green chilies to build up layers of spice and flavor.
The essential duo. Almost every curry starts with a ginger-garlic paste, and it's truly the heart of Indian and Nepali cooking.
Slightly bitter with a maple-like aroma. It's used in Dal Makhani and many meat dishes for a deep, complex finish.
Pungent and thyme-like. It's commonly used in breads like Naan and Paratha, where it gives a distinctive warmth.
These are our most loved, beginner-friendly dishes. They're rich in flavor, gentle on heat, and pretty much guaranteed to make you a lifelong fan.
The gateway dish. Tender chicken in a velvety tomato-cream sauce that's mild, slightly sweet, and deeply satisfying. It's the most popular Indian dish in the world for good reason.
Paneer Butter Masala is a rich, creamy, and mildly sweet North Indian curry. It features soft paneer cubes cooked in a velvety tomato-onion sauce thickened with cashews and finished with a generous amount of butter and heavy cream.
Nepali dumplings that are delicate, juicy, and served with a tangy house sauce. Think of them as the South Asian answer to dumplings. They're wildly addictive. Most Try !! Nepali Cuisine.
Chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, then roasted in a clay oven. It's smoky and charred on the outside, juicy on the inside. A classic for a reason.
The perfect companion to any curry. Soft, pillowy flatbread brushed with garlic butter and baked fresh in our tandoor. You'll want extras.
A thick, sweet yogurt drink blended with mango. It's refreshing, cooling, and the perfect pairing for spicy food. Kids and adults love it equally.
Creamy spiced spinach with soft cottage cheese. It's earthy, comforting, and nutritious, and it's one of the most beloved vegetarian dishes in all of Indian cuisine.
Fragrant basmati rice layered with spiced chicken and slow-cooked to perfection. It's a complete meal in itself, packed with aroma and flavor.
Black lentils slow-cooked overnight with butter and cream. Deeply rich, smoky, and satisfying, it's one of the great comfort foods of India.
Order family-style. Indian and Nepali food is meant to be shared. Order two or three dishes with a side of Naan or rice and explore together.
Start with Naan. When in doubt, order Garlic Naan. It goes with everything and makes every dish better.
Try before you customize. Our default spice level is mild, so try it first before adding heat. You might be surprised how much flavor is there without the fire.
Lassi is your friend. If you want something refreshing to balance the spices, order a Mango Lassi. It's cooling, filling and delicious.
Biryani is a full meal. Biryani is rice and protein together, so you don't need an extra side. One portion is very filling.
Momo are meant for dipping. Always dip your Momo in the house sauce. The combination is what makes them special.
Ask your server. Not sure what to order? Tell us if you love or avoid heat, and whether you prefer meat or vegetarian, and we'll guide you.
Save room for dessert. Gulab Jamun, milk dumplings in rose syrup, is the perfect sweet ending. Small but unforgettable.
Come in with an open mind and an empty stomach. Our team is here to guide you through every dish, and we love introducing people to these incredible flavors.
